The Idea: Not too sure about the title as compared to the work. I can see where you were trying to come from with this, but I reckon that maybe a name such like Serenity or Serene could give this piece just that extra bit of punch. The idea of harmony or even it's polar oppisite are not truly impressed where the finality of hanging and subsequent death are seem the epitomy of an ironic serenity... Just my personal opinion.
Constructive Critique: I see how the wall is lit (like a spotlight is shining on it), your foreground is very much the same however your figure seems to float in the unreal, a good way of grounding your figure to the rest of the picture is to add some semblence of a shadow (a silhouette on a seperate layer, dark green/black on low fill/opacity, varied in opacity and angle according to your light souce, coupled with a guassion blur of maybe 12 pixels) Instead of straight cutting your figure out try masking (For more information on this try google or DA's tutorials). Take time when masking around your figure, mask it close as to avoid that "squared" look (A trick I use is to cut the mask in around 3 pixels or so, then guassion blur it by 2 pixels, this gives a nice sfemato effect and thus makes blending all that more easy) Continued...
I know, it's not very pretty, but I still try, it's my third photomanipulation^^
